Return & Refund Policy 2026

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund before it ships. Email info@everlitsurvival.com with your name, order number, and the items you wish to cancel.

60-Day Returns

We accept eligible returns within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags attached. Products designated as non-returnable are excluded. Returns may not be accepted if product contents have been opened or used.

To arrange a return or exchange, contact info@everlitsurvival.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

Refunds

We will notify you by email when your return arrives at our warehouse. Once the returned items pass inspection, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 2–3 business days after processing for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
